ProSME Ukraine: Meet The Procurers Mission
Warsaw - November 13 - 15, 2023
The European ProSME project, won by the consortium formed by Business France, AWEX (Belgium) and Basque Trade & Investment (Spain), is undertaking its final mission to Ukraine from November 13 to 15, 2023, in Warsaw, Poland.
On November 13, the mission aims to meet with Ukrainian ministries and public institutions involved in reconstruction as well as public backers. Participation in this mission is by registration only.
This program also enables companies to take part in the Rebuild Ukraine fair (November 14-15).
During all the mission, companies can book B2B meetings, at the Mercure Warszawa Grand, and on the Rebuild Ukraine Fair.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
- The B2B meetings are open to French, Belgian and Basque companies. You are free to book meetings with any participants on the platform.
- Polish and Ukrainian companies can also register to book meetings with the participants.
- Appointments are free of charge and will be scheduled directly at the event, so don't forget to mention your availability when you ask for your appointment.
WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE B2B APPOINTMENTS HELD?
- Monday November 13 from 8am to 6:30pm : informally at the Mercure Warszawa Grand hotel (morning, during the networking lunch, during breaks, at the end of the day...). This slot is reserved exclusively for participants in the November 13 mission.
- Tuesday November 14 from 9am to 12pm : at the Mercure Warszawa Grand Hotel. A room is specially reserved for B2B meetings. This slot is open to all companies.
- Tuesday November 14 and Wednesday November 15 at Rebuild Ukraine from 8am to 6pm : you are free to plan meetings directly at the company stands during the fair.
- November 16 & 17 from 8am to 6:30pm: online.
A detailed profile is required for each participant to facilitate meeting requests and validations.
